Top Shed & Espresso Unplugged
Creative, Entreprenuer

Jason is a reformed musician who fell into web design and development about 17 years ago. Over the years that led him to Melbourne where he ended up project managing some large scale government, education and not-for-profit web projects.

Jason left Melbourne for a couple of years to live in the US, where he built a retail and wholesale distribution business for the ROK espresso maker, before returning to Melbourne. During the time in the US, he developed a deep passion for all things coffee-related, including coffee roasting.

In 2014 Jason returned to Espresso Unplugged, an ecommerce business which sells manual coffee making gear in Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. In 2014 they also founded a new company called Top Shed, a fledgling beer and coffee company.

His work with Espresso Unplugged is primarily focused on managing all of their online activities including: ecommerce, design, marketing (content, advertising, social), customer and user experience. With Top Shed, the last year has seen Jason and hispartners deep in brand development, business planning and strategy. He’ll also double as coffee roaster for Top Shed and, just quietly, is probably more excited about that than anything.

Got to love hearing Jason say; “I’m excited to become a part of the CoBrew community and I’m looking forward to seeing how things unfold”!
